At EmSea, expertise is the foundation. Chelsey Ciasulli, NP-C
Chelsey is a South Bay native — born and raised in South Redondo — with a genuine connection to the community she's proud to call home and serve. As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over six years of nursing experience, she always knew her path would lead to aesthetic medicine, and she pursued her entire career with that intention.
While in nursing school, Chelsey began working in aesthetics, building hands-on experience from the very start. She went on to earn her Master's degree and Nurse Practitioner certification, all while working as a floor nurse at Providence Little Company of Mary — where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
Chelsey's approach is rooted in skin health, prevention, and treatments that are as intentional as they are beautiful. She specializes in natural, refreshed results that honor each patient's unique features — subtle, balanced, and never overdone.
As a South Bay local and new mom to her daughter, Capri, Chelsey understands firsthand how much it means to feel confident, cared for, and truly at ease. She's passionate about building long-term relationships grounded in trust, education, and outcomes that help every patient look and feel like the best version of themselves. -
Morgan Hebb, NP-C
Morgan brings a rare depth of experience to her craft — one that spans over a decade in nursing, a foundation in aesthetics, and a genuine passion for whole-body wellness. Her journey began in 2009 as a licensed esthetician, giving her an early and intuitive understanding of skin, beauty, and the artistry behind great results.
Over the course of her 13-year nursing career, Morgan has developed expertise across functional medicine, internal medicine, and plastic surgery — with experience through both a private practice and UCLA. That breadth of clinical knowledge shapes the way she approaches every client: thoughtfully, holistically, and with a trained eye for what actually works.
For the past five years, Morgan has been injecting full time, refining a signature approach that prioritizes natural, undetectable results. She believes the best aesthetic outcomes are ones that leave people looking refreshed and radiant — never like they've had work done.
Morgan's passion for wellness goes beyond the treatment room. She's committed to helping clients not only look their best, but feel their best — inside and out.
